By accessing or using Bloopers.app (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloopers.app. If you are under 13, please do not use our services. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.

6. User-Generated Content

By uploading content to Bloopers.app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute the content for promotional and operational purposes.

7. Use of TrueDepth APIs

Our app uses Apple’s TrueDepth APIs to provide enhanced features such as Green Effect. The facial data captured by the TrueDepth camera is used exclusively for feature enhancement and is processed on your device. This data is not stored or shared with any third parties.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Privacy

Your use of Bloopers.app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Safety

Our aim is to foster a positive and inclusive community and provide amazing social experiences for all users. For this, we need you to agree that:

  • You will not use the Services for any purpose that is fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or prohibited in these Terms.
  • You will not use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means or interface to access the Services or extract other users’ information.
  • You will not use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Services or other users’ content or information without our written consent.

  • You will not post content that can be considered to infringe any Intellectual Property rights of any third party.
  • You will not falsely represent yourself as another person or representative of another person to use our Services.
  • You will not use or attempt to use another user’s account, username, or password without their permission.
  • You will not solicit login credentials from another user.
  • You will not post content that may be considered harmful to minors. Please refer to the Content and Community Guidelines regarding the same.
  • You will not post content that contains or links to pornography, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, or incitements to violence.
  • You will not upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Services.
  • You will not attempt to circumvent any content-filtering techniques we employ or attempt to access areas or features of the Services that you are not authorized to access.
  • You will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Services or any system or network.
  • You will not post any content that in any way or form threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting to any other nation.
  • You will not encourage or promote any activity that violates these Terms.
  • You will not circumvent any feature, action, measure, or policy implemented/imposed by us. For example, if you are banned from using the Services, you will not try to circumvent any account suspension or similar measures we may take against you.

12. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

Types of Data Collected

  • Content Information: When you use our services, you may engage with the camera or creative tools and create and share various types of content, including Stories, Snaps, and more. We collect information about content you create or provide on our services and your engagement with the camera and creative tools. For certain content, this may include information based on the content of the image, video, and audio. For example, if you post a Bloopers Snap of you playing basketball, we may show you other Bloopers Snaps about basketball. We may also collect other information about the content, including metadata — which is information about the content itself, like the date and time it was posted and who viewed it.
  • Personal Data: We do not have access to your personal photos, videos, TrueDepth API, or any other media added to the app. The data is stored on your device only, and under no circumstances can we access that data. We do not collect any personally identifiable data. However, we do use third-party ad SDKs, which may collect the following information:
    • IP Address
    • Type of mobile device
    • Screen resolution
    • OS version
    • Session data
    • Diagnostic data

13. TrueDepth API

  • Use of Data: Bloopers uses the collected data for various purposes:
    • To provide and maintain the Service
    • To notify you about changes to our Service
    • To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so
    • To provide customer care and support
    • To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the Service
    • To monitor the usage of the Service
    • To detect, prevent and address technical issues

14. Disclosure of Data

  • Legal Requirements: Bloopers may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
    • To comply with a legal obligation
    • To protect and defend the rights or property of Bloopers
